These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and betje ("betje", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your use of the betje website located at betje.org and all associated services, features, and content offered through the platform. By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any part of the betje platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the betje platform and close your account.

These Terms apply to all users of the betje platform, including registered account holders, visitors who browse the site without registering, and any person accessing the platform from within Bangladesh or from any other jurisdiction. betje reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible on this page, and continued use of the betje platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Important: These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail. Players are encouraged to seek independent legal or translation assistance if any part of these Terms is unclear.

Access to and use of the betje platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. betje will verify eligibility at the time of registration and may conduct further verification checks at any point during your use of the platform. Players who do not meet the eligibility requirements must not use betje, and any account opened in breach of these requirements may be closed without notice and any balance forfeited.

You must satisfy ALL of the following conditions

  • You are at least 21 years of age. betje applies a minimum age of 21 for all account holders in accordance with responsible gaming standards applicable to the Bangladesh market.
  • You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
  • You are not subject to a self-exclusion order or any other restriction that prohibits you from participating in online gaming activities.
  • You are not a current employee, director, officer, or contractor of betje, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
  • You have provided truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration and you agree to maintain the accuracy of that information at all times.

Age Verification: betje may request documentary evidence of age at any stage of the account lifecycle. If a player cannot demonstrate that they meet the minimum age requirement of 21, betje will suspend the account immediately, withhold all pending withdrawals, and may permanently close the account. Any winnings accumulated during a period of unverified age eligibility may be forfeited.

To access betting and gaming features on betje, you must create a registered account. betje permits one account per person. Attempting to open or maintain more than one betje account — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or device identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all duplicate accounts and forfeiture of any associated balances.

When registering you must provide

  • A valid, unique email address that you own and have regular access to. This email will be used for account verification, password resets, and official betje communications.
  • An active Bangladesh mobile phone number linked to your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account (where applicable). This number is used for transaction alerts and two-factor authentication.
  • A strong, unique password of at least 8 characters including at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and one number. You must not share your password with any third party.
  • Accurate personal details including your full legal name and date of birth. betje may request supporting documentation to verify these details as part of its KYC (Know Your Customer) process.

Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your betje account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not allow any other person to access your betje account and must not transfer, sell, or assign your account to any third party. betje will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your betje account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify betje support immediately at [email protected]. betje will take all reasonable steps to investigate and secure the account. Players are advised to change their password immediately in any situation where they believe their credentials may have been compromised, and to enable two-factor authentication if it is not already active on the account.

betje supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via a range of local and international payment methods. All financial transactions on betje are subject to the conditions set out in this section. betje reserves the right to amend minimum and maximum transaction limits, supported payment methods, and processing times at any time. Any such amendments will be communicated via the betje platform.

Deposit Conditions

  • The minimum deposit at betje is ৳500. There is no upper limit on single deposits subject to the payment method used and any applicable fraud prevention controls applied by betje at its sole discretion.
  • All deposits must be made from a payment method held in your own name. betje does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Deposits received from a third-party source may be returned and the account suspended pending investigation.
  • betje processes deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and major Bangladeshi bank transfers. Processing times vary by method. Mobile wallet deposits (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically credited within 5 minutes of confirmation.
  • betje reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence checks on large deposits or deposits that trigger fraud prevention thresholds. During any such review, the relevant funds may be temporarily held pending verification.

Withdrawal Conditions

  • The minimum withdrawal amount at betje is ৳500. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. betje may require additional verification before processing a withdrawal request.
  • betje targets withdrawal processing within 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad withdrawals following completion of KYC verification. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days. These targets are indicative and not guaranteed; exceptional circumstances including network disruptions, public holidays, or fraud review procedures may extend processing times.
  • Withdrawals will not be processed from accounts that have not completed KYC verification. betje may request proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership as part of KYC. Failure to provide required documentation within a reasonable time may result in account suspension.
  • betje reserves the right to refuse, delay, or place conditions on any withdrawal request if betje has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms in connection with the relevant account.

Currency: All transactions on betje are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). betje does not support foreign currency deposits. Any funds received in a foreign currency will be rejected or returned. The ৳ symbol denotes Bangladeshi Taka throughout the betje platform.

betje offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, and IPL. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms of the applicable promotion in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms will prevail with respect to that promotion.

General bonus conditions applicable to all betje promotions

  • Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. betje reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion, and may exclude individual players from specific promotions without explanation.
  • All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier for each promotion will be stated in the promotion terms. Standard wagering requirements range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount unless otherwise specified.
  • Bonuses have an expiry period, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of issue, as specified in the promotion terms. Any bonus funds and associated winnings that have not been played through by the expiry date will be forfeited without compensation.
  • betje monitors player activity for signs of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using automated betting software, employing strategies designed specifically to exploit bonus terms rather than play in good faith, and coordinated abuse by groups of players. betje reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where abuse is identified.
  • betje reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms. betje's decision on all bonus and promotion matters is final.

Responsible Bonus Play: Bonuses are intended to enhance entertainment value, not to encourage excessive play. betje recommends that all players set personal deposit and session limits before claiming any bonus. Players who are experiencing gambling-related difficulties are advised not to claim bonuses and should instead contact betje support to discuss self-exclusion or account restriction options.

All betting and gaming activity on betje is subject to the rules set out in this section as well as the specific rules of each individual game or betting market. In the event of any conflict between the specific game rules and these general Terms, the specific game rules will prevail with respect to game outcomes and payouts. Game rules are accessible within each game interface on the betje platform.

General gameplay conditions

  • All bets placed on betje are final once confirmed. betje does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse confirmed bets. In the event of a technical error during the placement of a bet, the affected bet will be voided and the staked amount returned to the player's account.
  • Game outcomes on betje are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) software. betje cannot alter, predict, or guarantee any game outcome. Past game outcomes have no influence on future outcomes. The stated Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game title are provided by the game provider and are calculated over millions of game rounds — they do not represent a guarantee of returns within any individual session.
  • For sports betting markets, betje follows industry-standard settlement rules. In the event of a postponed, abandoned, or cancelled sporting event, bets will be settled in accordance with betje's sports betting rules applicable to the relevant sport and event type. Players are encouraged to review the applicable sport rules before placing bets.
  • betje reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence that the bet was placed using inside information, in collusion with other players, or in a manner designed to exploit a technical error in the platform's pricing or odds display.

Maximum Winnings

betje applies maximum single-session and single-bet win limits across all game categories. Maximum win limits are displayed within each game and may be updated periodically. Where a game outcome would otherwise exceed the applicable maximum win limit, the payout will be capped at the maximum limit and the excess will not be paid. betje will always notify the player of the applicable maximum win limit before play commences.

betje is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools and resources that help players maintain control of their gaming activity. betje acknowledges that gambling carries inherent risk and that a proportion of players may experience difficulty managing their gambling behaviour. betje takes its duty of care to all players seriously and has implemented the following responsible gaming measures as part of its platform operations.

Responsible gaming tools available to all betje account holders

  • Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Reductions to deposit limits take effect immediately. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
  • Loss limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly loss limits. Once a loss limit is reached, further bets will not be accepted for the remainder of the applicable period.
  • Session time limits and reminders: Players may set session time limits and opt in to session time reminders that alert them to how long they have been playing during a session.
  • Self-exclusion: Players may request self-exclusion for a period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately upon submission. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to circumvent the exclusion by opening new accounts.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the betje platform. betje reserves the right to take immediate action — including account suspension, balance forfeiture, and permanent ban — against any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct. betje may also report prohibited conduct to relevant authorities where required by law.

  • Creating or operating multiple betje accounts for any reason, including to claim multiple welcome bonuses, circumvent self-exclusion, or evade account restrictions.
  • Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with games, or exploit platform features in a manner that provides an unfair advantage over other players or over betje.
  • Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity, structuring transactions to avoid detection, or using betje as a vehicle to transfer funds between parties.
  • Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonus conditions, or defraud betje or other players in any manner.
  • Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with betje, including but not limited to providing a false name, date of birth, or payment method details.

betje's determination that prohibited conduct has occurred is made in good faith based on available evidence and platform data. Where betje takes action against an account on grounds of prohibited conduct, betje will notify the account holder by email. Players who believe betje's determination is incorrect may submit a written appeal to [email protected] within 14 days of notification.

betje reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification within the required period, prolonged account inactivity, or at betje's sole discretion for operational or legal reasons. Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in the account (excluding bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

betje may immediately suspend an account pending investigation where

  • betje receives a credible report of or independently identifies signs of prohibited conduct, including bonus abuse, account sharing, or automated play.
  • A payment dispute, chargeback, or reversal is initiated in respect of a deposit made to the player's betje account, pending resolution of the dispute.
  • betje is required to take action by a competent legal or regulatory authority, including in connection with fraud investigations, court orders, or applicable anti-money laundering obligations.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their betje account may do so at any time by contacting betje support at [email protected]. betje will process account closure requests within 5 business days. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining real-money balance will be withdrawn to the player's registered payment method, subject to completion of applicable KYC requirements and any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, betje shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the betje platform or any services provided through it. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, even if betje has been advised of the possibility of such damages. betje's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from use of the betje platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

betje does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. betje will use reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows, unplanned outages, or third-party service failures may temporarily affect platform availability. betje will endeavour to communicate scheduled maintenance in advance via the platform where possible.

Gambling Risk Acknowledgement: By using betje, you acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money. betje is not responsible for gambling losses incurred through normal use of the platform. You accept full personal responsibility for all bets placed using your account.

betje reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Where betje considers an amendment to be material, betje will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or via an in-platform notification. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

Your continued use of the betje platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment to these Terms, you must stop using the betje platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected]. betje will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to review updated Terms in a timely manner.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. betje operates as a safe and reliable online gaming platform serving the Bangladesh market.
